Once your application is approved your coupon books will be prepared and sent to you.  The coupons are divided in two sections, one for you and one for the driver.  Each coupon is stamped with your customer number and has a serial number. In an effort to facilitate the process with our coupon system and to avoid any errors, we strongly recommend that the client and not the driver fill out each coupon as follows:

• Please write the date, time and amount of the meter on each coupon.
• If the amount of the trip exceeds the maximum value of your coupon, you may use more than one coupon.
• Note the starting point and the destination of your trip and please sign each coupon in front of the driver.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen coupons, please treat them like cash!

At the end of the month, you will receive in the mail a statement of the account.  The statement will clearly list each coupon used including its serial number and the amount of the trip.  In order to keep a record of your account and avoid any confusion, please note all pertinent information on your copy of the coupon.  Should you wish any additional information do not hesitate to contact our office.
